If you caught my studio vlog on instagram or facebook, you know it’s been one of those head-down, creative weeks where I have about five different projects spread across my desk at once. There are so many exciting new things taking shape right now that I wanted to sit down and share the full story behind them with you.
Let’s dive into what’s happening in the studio this week!
1. A First Look at the New Nursery Collection (Starting with Whales 🐋)
For a long time now, you guys have been encouraging me to create a dedicated Nursery Collection—and it’s finally happening!
If you remember our Doe & Fawn piece from a while back, that painting was deeply personal to me, inspired by the relationship and bond I share with my son. I’ve wanted to bring that same quiet tenderness into a broader series for little ones' rooms, but with a peaceful, artistic touch.
I’ve always been drawn to the ocean. Part of it comes from my love for scuba diving and seeing marine life up close, but mostly, it’s just the overwhelming sense of peace the water evokes in me. So, it felt only right to launch our Coastal Theme first!
The piece above is still a work in progress, and the entire coastal collection will take me roughly 60 hours to complete -- so we're looking at a fall 2026 launch. Capturing that fierce, gentle mama-and-baby bond in wildlife has been such a joy, and I can't wait for you to see the finished piece!
This new nursery line will be broken down into three distinct themes. Each theme will follow the exact same structure: three fine art pieces paired with coordinating wallpaper.
2. A New Studio Perk: The $125+ Exclusive Print Gift (pictured above!) 🎁
Over on the shop side, we officially launched a brand-new perk on July 21st that I am so excited about! Every order over $125 automatically receives a free exclusive print added to their package -- this print will never ever be sold in stores or on our website.
Here’s the fun part: we are going to rotate this exclusive piece out every two months. My goal is to make these special gifts something you can collect over time to build a cohesive gallery set.
