I don’t see my country, are you making more location prints? Yes! We’re artistically working our way across the globe!

Where are you located? Our studio + warehouse is located in Hoover, Alabama (just outside of Birmingham). 

How did you get into state prints? It's a funny story, actually! I'm working on a blog post with alllll the details -- so stay tuned!

Do you accept custom orders? We are not accepting custom orders at this time.

Do you offer wholesale? YES! We are in over 100 stores nationwide, email us at sales@amandakleinco.com for info!

How much does it cost to ship? We offer $4.95 flat rate USPS shipping for orders under $50 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 in the United States. International orders will be automatically be calculated at checkout per your address location and items ordered. If you prefer to ship USPS Priority or UPS, there will be upgrade options available at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays with USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS — once a package leaves our studio, delays with the shipping carrier are beyond our control.

How long will it take you to process orders? Please remember that we're a small-business working oh so hard to serve you! Items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and our studio will be closed 12/24/21 - 1/1/22. Our current processing time for prints and stationery is 1-4 business days. For original artwork, please allow 5-9 business days.

Can I ship internationally? Totally! For international orders, please allow 1-4 weeks for shipments to arrive. International orders will be automatically be calculated at checkout per your address location and items ordered. We are not responsible for additional customs tariffs or charges associated with your package once it arrives in your country. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

Do you offer returns? We do! Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any returned shipping costs. Custom items and original artwork is non-refundable. Just email us at hello@amandakleinco.com to begin the return process with "Return Request" in the subject line.
