The Story behind the Art: Each year I find a word that sets my intention for the year -- 2021 was “RISE”. The previous 3 years had left me emotionally exhausted, and I was ready for new. I wanted to RISE from personal struggles, from all the 2020 was, from physical and emotional pain, to step into brightness and peace and surrender and beauty.
